Eerily Romantic Wedding Night

I've had this concept in my head for a loooong time. Months...years, even. I knew Brianna at Pretty Little Vintage Co. would have no problem helping me bring this vision to life. Of course when I approached her about it, she was all in.

Spooky and tasteful were two words I wanted to use to describe my vision. Anytime Bri is involved, you can bet it will be nothing but tasteful, so I wasn't worried. I mean, just take a look at the table-scape she created!

Pomegranates and apples added the perfect pop of color all while creating that spooky, mysterious feel I was looking for. Gold was the accent color of choice that was tied into each set. Here you can see the gold utensils and napkins- later you'll see that color pop up again on the dessert display and lounge area. The floral arrangement was designed by the one and only Vinnie Barbarito at Flowers by Vinnie. As usual, he knocked it out of the park. Using all the dark, rich colors and an assortment of roses, he created this elegant centerpiece along with an incredible bouquet for the bride.

Speaking of bride- Brittnee was my first choice for the model (you'll see why in a minute). Right from the beginning of this vision, I knew two things- First, I wanted to use Brittnee as our bride. And second, I wanted her wearing a black gown. Looking fierce as ever, Brittnee brought the perfect blend of beauty and darkness for me to capture. Not only is she a beautiful model, but also an incredible makeup artist and was able to achieve the exact look I wanted.

Fierce, right?! But we can't forget about the sweets! I knew I wanted the cake to be unique, so I sent our baker some inspo and she whipped up an incredible display! Rebecca from Four and Water Bakery never disappoints! Just look at the masterpiece she created for us! And those macarons were a perfect (and delicious) touch to the dessert display.

With a dream team like the one we had, it's no surprise this is one of my favorite shoots to date. It came together better than what I had envisioned. Spooky, dark, rich and mysterious, this shoot made all my Halloween wedding dreams come true.

Here are a few more to give you all the spooky wedding vibes!
